Immobile motions of life and business: GROW FAST OR DIE SLOWLY
Pravesh ( a real student of mine but name changed) has been an enthusiastic and intelligent guy. We started business together after coming to India from abroad. Everything was all fine and then came 2020 and Corona. The whole world shut down like never before and when it opened for all, the world had changed. However, Pravesh didn’t stop fighting for his already established business but faced the new face of AI (artificial intelligence). He could not control it for 3 years and asked my coaching to get out of the stage he was at.
The above story I see everywhere the more I meet interesting people in my mentor-ship program. They all are intelligent but somehow they are either stuck in life or stopped business and more shockingly relying on the wealth they made. Well, that is not the problem to them but a reality mostly they accept.
It is unreal to think life won’t give you tantrums. You have your whole life-journey and stopping is never an option. The real problem lies in the deficiency of knowledge related to whatever you are stuck at. CxO’s and business owners get obsolete from the market not because they are intelligent but on the contrary, they lack knowledge on how to crack a problem life throws at you. Always remember, solutions are easy to get by although detecting your issues are difficult.
One of my favorite quotes is “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”, said by Albert Einstein himself. There you face immobile motions in life. The scenario is just that you put your efforts to get out of your struggles but you don’t step forward in reality. You gasp for oxygen but there is no nurse to hand you the oxygen tank.
You only need knowledge to do a specific job nicely. If you don’t you simply halt yourself for the opportunity to come and they anyway don’t come. Well, GROW FAST OR DIE SLOWLY .
You must understand there is no way to get out of troublesome situations only by effort or courage but with information and knowledge to do the same thing. Courage comes with knowledge but daring is a child’s play, or sometimes obsession. Read this to understand.
Practice knowledge and garner knowledge, This India is the only place where Vedic traditions gave birth to great monks who anyway taught the world to think in a different manner.
