Start Your Transformation
The year is ending with some notes. Each year leaves something in everyone’s life.
For the last few days, I have been occupied with work, my business, and business coaching. I was thinking about how the end of this year will be reflected, and then something struck me.
A year can sound good or bad.
So today’s blog is based on ancient sounds — mantras — which are not only the foundation of my life, but the only foundation. This blog is simply my own experience of 24 years of mantra sadhana — how it shaped my life, my career, and more.
Everything written here is from direct experience. Please don’t expect bookish explanations. I’m writing this especially for modern, working minds — not as belief, but as lived practice.
For many years, I noticed something clearly.
The more my inner clarity deepened,
the sharper my decisions became —
in business, in relationships, in life.
Mantras never gave me outcomes.
They gave me intelligence — the ability to see what to do and what not to do.
This is why I’m writing this today.
Not as a spiritual article, but as a reflection on how ancient inner technologies shape modern decision-making.

What is a mantra? How does it primarily work?
In Indian spiritual traditions, a mantra is a designed sound which works in one or multiple chakras in the body.It works slowly, over time.Chakras are energy points where a large number of nerves accumulate and function as sender and receiver centres.
There are said to be 112 such points, but mainly only a few can be consciously worked with.
This is why chanting a mantra from YouTube, from a preist/astrologer or a book usually does not work.
A mantra is not a medicine pill you can pop and expect results.
It has a process of activation.
Without understanding mantra science, it is impossible to reap benefits over time.Contrary to popular belief, mantra does not fulfil wishes. It aligns your energy with universal energy.
Life then starts tuning itself to your vibration and works on your intelligence, especially your intellect.
As awareness increases, you become more conscious of how you function in life — in business, personal life, or even while playing games.
Trust me, that shift is extremely powerful.
Yes, there is something magical in mantras.
But this blog is not a forum to explain metaphysical journeys.
It is about the technical reality of ancient mantras in modern times.

What a mantra is not
First, let me tell you what a mantra is not.
1. Mantras do not fulfil wishes.
You will not chant for a few days or months and win a lottery or become a CEO.
If someone tells you that, they are lying.
2. Mantras won’t attract a life partner, increase business profits, or get you a job.If someone promises this, look at their own life closely.
3. Mantras won’t protect you from problems.
Life throws challenges.
Skills matter more than chants.

What will work then? What are mantras for?
All mantras are created by Mahadev Shiva.
They were not created to give whatever you ask for. Mantras are for spiritual practice alone.
They refine intuition, which then supports decision-making in every aspect of life.
Your consciousness starts aligning with what we call supreme consciousness.
Nature responds when you are aligned with nature itself.
It takes decades of practice to reach mastery.
Yes, karmic imprints can be burned. But not in weeks, months, or years.
It takes many years even to understand how sound resonates internally.
Writing about this needs a book, not a blog.
Yes, intuition exists.
It activates through sadhana.
Intuition is not knowing.
It is a strong feeling to know what is going to happen.
Knowing comes much later, often after awakening.
Other dimensions open only when one becomes mantramayi — the final integration stage.

On siddhis and exaggeration:
Yes, siddhis are real.
But not the way scriptures or popular stories describe them.
Not everyone can levitate or disappear at will.
We exaggerate realities until they become myths, movies, and serials.

Source of mantras
Books and videos can never be the true source of mantras.
Neither can an ordinary person give you a mantra and expect it to work.
Mantras follow lineages.
Only a siddha or mantrik — an adept of mantra science — can impart an already activated mantra,
after measuring the depth of the receiver.
The disciple receives a living mantra and keeps putting energy into it.
We don’t need to become superhuman;
being human is already super.
Different dimensions of consciousness opens.
Life’s flow changes.
All this takes decades of conscious practice.
Seconds into minutes.
Minutes into hours.
Hours into years.
Then something shifts.
The significance and benefits of mantras can't be overstated and explained as they appear to be in reality. It demands a book to write on the ancient science of mantras in modern time. Maybe someday, I write a book on it. So, my writing stops here for today. I greet Happy New Year to all my readers and mentees. I see you all in 2026.
